1/2 cup Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup
2/3 cup stone ground mustard
1 T balsamic vinegar
salt and pepper to taste
Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Combine maple syrup, mustard, vinegar, salt and pepper in a stainless steel pot. Slowly heat while stirring until the glaze just starts to thicken. Divide the glaze in half. Use half to baste the chicken while it is being grilled, use the rest as a dipping sauce.
