Maple Granola

Ingredients //

9 cups Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup Flax seeds

1 cup  dried Coconut (shredded, unsweetened)

1 cup Sunflower seeds

1/2 cup Pumpkin seeds

1 cup Walnuts- chopped

1 cup Three Rivers Farm Maple Syrup- Cinnamon, Vanilla, or Plain

2/3 cup coconut oil

Directions // 

1. Pre heat over to 350.

2. Heat maple syrup and oil over medium heat until warm and bubbly

3. Combine dry ingredients, pour syrup mixture over the top and mix well.

4. Divide granola mixture between two roasting pans. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until golden brown.
