Paul's Habanero Maple Vinaigrette

1 tsp Mustard Powder

1/2 tsp dried Basil

1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar

1/2 cup Three Rivers Farm Habanero Maple Syrup

1 TBSP Lemon Juice

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Ground Pepper


Combine mustard and basil in a small bowl. Whisk in vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice, and garlic. Add olive oil and continue whisking until ingredients are well combined. Season with salt and pepper.
