Rhubarb Maple Scones

2 cups Flour
1 cup Oats
2 ½ teaspoon Baking powder
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 ¼ cup Cream
Tablespoons  Three Rivers Farm Maple Syrup
2 cups Rhubarb
Tablespoons Raw sugar

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. >Stir together flour, oats, baking powder, salt
2. In a separate bowl whisk together the cream and Three Rivers Farm Maple Syrup
3. Slowly stir the wet ingredients into the dry until the dough starts to form
4. In a small bowl toss the sugar with the rhubarb
5. Combine the rhubarb into the dough and fold until mixed together
6. Place on a cookie sheet with parchment paper and pat into a disk
7. Cut the disk into 8 pieces and brush with Three Rivers Farm Maple Syrup and sprinkle oats and sugar on top

8. Bake for 15-20 min or until golden brown
