Bourbon Apricot Glaze

Ingredients //

3/4 cup Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup

1/2 cup Apricot preserves

1T Dijon Mustard

1 tsp. Cinnamon

2 T Butter

 

Directions // 

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce down until thick and syrupy, about 10-15 minutes. Excellent on ham and salmon.
