¾ cup Three Rivers Farm Bourbon Maple Syrup
½ cup Apricot preserves
1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
2 Tablespoons Butter
1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
2. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce down until thick and syrupy, about 10-15 minutes.
Excellent on ham and salmon.
